Principal’s Message:
There was lots of spirit displayed at Grace McWayne today, especially in 2nd grade. Next week, we will join the entire Batavia community in celebrating Homecoming Week. An email was sent out today and the schedule is posted in the newsletter linked below. To save you some time, Monday is pajama day and the weather is forecasted to be 75 degrees and sunny.
Next week is also our fall testing window for both Aimsweb and NWEA MAP math and reading tests. All students at Grace McWayne take these benchmark assessments three times a year so we can track their growth over time, provide extra support for groups of students and develop targets for our school improvement goals. You can learn more about NWEA MAP tests by watching this video.
